Do you create User Guides?

For your clients, to help them use CMSMS?
For example a personalised PDF document outlining the specific features for their website? And if so, would you charge for this service or offer it as a freebie?
Interested in your opinions

I offer this as a free service to my clients for two reasons. 1. You should always have a user guide when you get new software 2. It reduces the "How do I quickly...?" phone calls. The ones where you are on the phone with them for 3 minutes so you can't charge them but you've wasted 10 minutes because it takes you awhile to get back in to your work flow.
You may want to check out this project I've been helping with.
http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/enduserdoc
It has a simple tutorial that is aimed at "Secretaries" and "Assistants" It may be a little behind the times. In time I want to provide help for various modules (I have one started for the Products module) and provide a template for those that want to create one for a module that doesn't already have documentation.

Hi Tyman,
Thanks for that. Yeah I've been working on my own little user guides, I've been using CMSMS for a few months now and have 5-6 sites built in them and have provided user guides (works in progress for which I've asked for end user feedback). I personalise them to the site to guide them round using the styles and templates I've set up.
I guess I just wanted to know whether it should be a free service or not and was umming and arring but that answers my question
