I just tried a dozen or so times on two different machines in IE7 (both admin and main pages). Not once did the content not load entirely.
You may have been trying to use the demo when opensourececms was having some issues. They are actually a 3rd party that isn't affiliated with CMS Made Simple. They just provide demos as a service to developers.
