Smarty Tags just not working... "Smarty error:"

Hi,
I'm trying to install a fresh version of CMSMS onto a windows box (fasthosts).. not my choice! But upon the second install screen I can see a smarty error. Install seems to go OK but upon CMSMS being installed there are smarty errors and 'Add Me' all over the place. Can anybody help... please?

Stop in first install screen and run checksum test of your installation

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I have tried doing this but it times out (only 30second max execution), I did use FileZilla to upload the files as I heard that it was better for logging if there were any erroneous uploads. It's doing my head in now!

Check all the paths in the config.php file - I've seen problems with the --Add me-- if the some of the paths were off.

Most times it means the files/folders didn't make it try reuploading all...

In install folder there is cmschecksum.php
Upload this file in root of cmsms installation and calling via browser
