Add Bullets to My RSS Feed Display

Hello, I am sure this is a simple fix. I am using the RSS module and pulling news links to my home page. Currently they are just being listed with each headline on a different line. I would like to have the headlines bulleted for a more styled and better looking list of news articles.
Where do I need to format this at? Any assistance is appreciated!
