Hi Client just advised me that when they try to add content to a page where there is the WYSIWG - they just get Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Log shows

Frontend of site runs perfectly

Version :CMS Made Simple 0.13 "Canary"

Not sure where to start on this

That version of CMS is SO old that we can't even think about supporting it.

Upgrade first, test, then ask questions later.

Hadn't realised that I did that site so long ago!

A lot to upgrade from such an old version?
