Link to expand content

Hi,
I looked for answer but could'nt find it...
I tried to get a link from page A to an expand content on page B. I used anchor of startexpand collapse tag. ({startExpandCollapse id="abs_bosoi08a" title='[Abstract↓]'})
But even, if I type url on adress bar, its get me to the page but not at anchor.

What I'm doing wrong? Or is just impossible that way?
I don't mind if content is not "open" but if at least it could be in the page and not at top, it will be fine.
