[SOLVED by FF] Creating Javascript popup Crashing Vista IE7

I just upgraded one of my CMSMS sites from ver 1.2.3 to 1.5.2. It's on a shared hosting set-up at Hostgator. I have PHP 5.2.8, MySQL 5.0.67, Apache 2.2.11 (Unix) running on Linux.
There are three people who update this site. One of them is having trouble since the upgrade with creating a pop-up link in the file picker. She's using IE7 and it always worked fine before the upgrade, no troubles. Now, as soon as she presses this button:

... IE apparently just crashes completely.
I've tried the same thing on my computer with my IE7, and I have no troubles whatsoever, so I can't replicate the problem. It also works fine for me in FF 3.0.6.
She also tried it at her workplace today and it apparently worked there just fine. Does anyone know if this is a browser setting problem that didn't affect CMSMS in earlier versions but it's now not liking something CMSMS 1.5 is doing??? Or is it a TinyMCE problem or setting I need to change somewhere? (That was my only other idea for what might be wrong.)
TIA.
