HTML Jump or Anchor Link with CMSMS

Hello,
I am trying to add an HTML anchor link within the same page so that for example if a user clicked a link at the top of the page, they would jump down towards the bottom of the page (or wherever) where the detail for that is located. How do I add an anchor link using a "{cms_selflink page='100' text='Details of the Movie'}.
With plain HTML I would use the following:
Details of the Movie
Details of the movie will be here Details of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be hereDetails of the movie will be here
Thank you!
