Custom Content will not logout after upgrade to 1.5.2 [SOLVED-ISH]

I have recently upgraded to cmsmadesimple version 1.5.2
I have since discovered that front end users and custom content has some issues; namely that after logging in, I click the "sign out" link and nothing happens, it just stays signed in.
I have checked and the pages arnt cached.
Here are my module versions:
CustomContent 1.5
Front end users 1.4.2
I did make a file and database backup before the upgrade, but I have changed a few things since then (little things like changes of text on most pages etc) so dont really want to restore back.
Anyone have any ideas?

I have been logged out of FEU numerous times today in my testing... because I set the timeout to ~5 minutes.....
so therefore.... your timeout is probably to big in FEU.

What are your FEU and CC versions? Did you upgrade them as well as CMSMS?

sorry Calguy - I was asking the OP. I'm sure your versions were current! (or at least I hope so!!!)

CustomContent 1.5
Front end users 1.4.2
they have not been upgraded, only the core.
I cant even log people out within the cms admin - i click on the arrow to log someone out and the when I go back to the main site and navigate around, it still says the user is logged in, when I go back to FEU on cms admin, the arrow re-appears to indicate that the user is logged in...?

I have managed to get it working now.
Not really sure exactly how I done it. I restored file structure from backup, tryed to restore database from a sqldump backup and the backup seemed to be corrupt. then it got even worse: the navigation menu dissappeared, FEU and custom content stopped working completely.
So I uninstalled FEU, Menu manager, CC and FORUM, then reinstalled them and everything seems to be working properly now!
Thanks for the help.
