Hello all,

I've been pulling my hair off for this one. And beeing more a designer than coder, Im completely stuck. So, My question is simple..

Why does this work:

(see 2nd post)

When this doesnt:

(see 3rd post)

What I've done is used a old form/upload script I used on a different thing on the website, but redesigned the form and added a few fields. No big different really .. just a different form. So my question is; why does one of them work when the other doesnt?

I dont find much of help, as I run a old version of CMS (0.31 Canary). And yes, I wish I could upgrade. But I got to get this up first, before I put my time on anything else (my Boss is on my ass..)

Please please Help me! I will love you forever ;)

PS. Any other suggestions on doing this is also welcome. A contact form that uploads a file to the server and emails the form, including the file link, to a specific email.

You haven't told us what "doesn't work" means...

Does the form load? Is it visible? Does it process some or all of the data?

Ofcourse yeah, Im sorry :)

Its when I paste it in as a usertag it doesnt work, it just prompts "Invalid Code" or something. So I never even get to the stage where I test the actual form.

Makes that sense?

So in short, I can make usertag out of the first one, but not out of the second one, as it gives me a error when trying to save the tag.

I am not sure, probably it is because both UDT feature the same functions? Something like "can not redeclare..."?

Just a thought...

Thank you Nils! Om not too sure what that would be though?

Something worth mentioning also, is that that code is used for another form even earlier too. Again just the form being different, and field/data names.

Any other suggestions?

It seems like it is the form itself, somehow. Cause when I replace the form with a "Hello" in echo .. it doesnt prompt "Invalid code like before and therefor can be saved.

That leaves me even more confused as the markup should be ok?

EDIT: Solved it, by throwing that one in the bin and using a fresh new installation and a ordersystem by FB.
