Were all the designs at
http://www.bravonet.dk/kunder/ (except the three that do not have "CMS" listed beneath) done with CMS Made Simple?

No, we have been working with WebsiteBaker for some projects. But, we have decided to shift to CMS Made Simple for all further open source CMS projects.
CMS Made Simple is simply the best open source CMS we have seen around.
