Well, it is nearing completion so it looks like I can reveal this. This web site is done for a client (note that I did not do the design for it). Modules I used includes mostly my own created modules - DL Suite: Support, DL Suite: Comments, DL Suite: Users, and DL Suite: Assets Manager, the last two of which is currently not available for download.

The menu is generated using the recursive menu trick I posted in the Tips and Tricks. And of course, used Tidy to clean up the HTML output.

Stupid me, forgot to post the url:

Not for me either -- I'm using FIrefox in the guise of IceWeasel [Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.4) Gecko/2008112309 Iceweasel/3.0.4 (Debian-3.0.4-1)]

In fact, I don't see any menus at all.

I have tried this is multiple computers at different places and it showed up fine for me. I don't know why it is not showing for you. Oh well.

I don't see a menu - is there supposed to be one? I'm using FF 3.0.5.
Also, IE6 isn't supported.

The first page doesn't have a menu. The only link on the first page is the Member Login link at the top right. Once you click on that, then you'll see the other pages which does have a menu.
