Frontend Users: Deleting User Properties

Hi:

Using FEU for the first time, I added an email address property. Then I realised that I could use the email address as the user name, so now I have a redundant field.

I see no way to delete the property. Can someone tell me how to delete one field?

Oye.

Hi, that's probably a bit late because your post is from January, but here it goes.

I had the same issue today and figured that the logic of the system wouldn't let me delete the property if it was related to any user group or even user.

So I went into the usergroup and on the column "Field Status" I selected OFF for this particular property. When you go back to the property list you'll suddenly see a delete button next to the property you just "un-related" to that group!

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
jw

Thanks for the late response. My client just asked me to remove some custom fields from their registration form on a site I built 8 months ago. I haven't had to play with custom fields since then so I can appreciate your little walkthrough.
