Hi there

I have just freshly installed cms made simple and when I upload images into the images folder, the thumbnails dont show any of the picture uploaded and when I use the Tiny MCE editor the images are just the small box with a cross in it that is displayed when the image isn't present. I have tried to see the uploaded picture by pressing on it in the images folder but all I get is a page with writing on it that says there is 'an http:500 internal server error'.

Is this to do with permissions?

Any help much appreciated.

Where are you putting the images in the root/images folder or the root/uploads/images folder?...

I'm just uploading them straight into the images folder (uploads/etc) where the default logo is stored, but after the installation the default logo too is not showing, so as I upload more images I'm getting the same thing happening with new images.

Which ver. cmsms?...

Do you have the folder permissions set to 777, 775, or 755?...

The logo used to be in root/images/cms/, it is also in uploads/images now...
