I fyou search the wiki, you may be able to find an tutorial (+video) on how to re-use a template + stylesheet.

sorry your suggestion can only be interpretated to take that existing template and modify it
this is possible if you are the owner of the template or you have the right to copy or use that template
and if you have access to the template
if it is an example what would be great to have your suggestion is not helpful
I suggest to search for designers to help with layout if you cannot find a similar template at the CMSMS-themes page

Exactly, always scout through the themes section first, and if you can't find what you need there, then either get someone to make you a similar design, or make one yourself...
