Form Builder Returns Blank Screen

Post by sagedel »

I've been trying to sort this issue out for awhile now, and I can't find any solutions in the forum.

I have installed form builder and I created a form which worked fine. I then tried to modify some settings in one of the fields I created (turn wysiwyg off instead of on) and it would not update my change, so I had to delete the field and re-add it with the correct settings. Not a huge deal.

Then I went to edit the template and chose the table template from the drop down. It returned what appears to be the template for the main CMSMS admin login page (weird). So I just hand coded a form and moved on, except once my form was finished, I needed 6 other forms identical to the first, each just with a different name.

So I downloaded the XML file from the first form, which looks ok as far as I can tell. Then I went to upload it, added the new form name, and it appears in the list. I click on the icon to edit the new form, and I get a blank screen. No error or anything. Same with when I try to delete it. I check the XML file for the new form, and it shows totally blank too.

I can still add new forms, but I don't want to have to re-create the same form from scratch 5 more times. I tried re-installing the mod, to no avail. I tried deleting the mod, and installing a previous version thinking it was a bug in 0.5.5, nope...

Here's my setup incase this helps:

CMSMS 1.5.1
Form Builder 0.5.5 (and tried 0.5.4)
Form Browser 0.2.3
FEU 1.5.3
Custom Content 1.5
Self Reg 1.2.1

Any help would be most appreciated.
