In FF it is looking very good, but in IE7 the upper border isn't showing like it should be.

Oops, that's the ie6 fixes coming through in ie7. Conditional comments were wrong

Yes very nice, but I would make the home page image smaller, got the info up to the top so not to have to scroll for it...

Thanks for all the feedback. 
Yeah its probably not the best design practice to have the homepage scrolling but I can live with it. Didn't like the green to much myself and wasn't happy with the logo so I've made some changes, it's still http://www.tyrolean-software.com/ if you want to comment on the new look.
