What Forum is this site using and how is it being put into CMS

What Forum is this site using and how is it being put into CMS, I've been looking for a good forum and also a good way to embed it into CMS easy, the embed part isn't working properly and neither is fetch URL.

Hi Steven,
We're using the
Simplemachines Forum (SMF). It's not integrated into CMSMS, but the SMF theme is adapted with header and footer to make it look like the same as the other pages on the site.

No problem, it looks fine, which Forum do you rate?
I'm trying to get a forum with maybe a bit more emphasis on the members where they can show photos ect.
Maybe dare I say it, a bit of dating.

I'd suggest PHPbb or vBulletin as those have tons of "plugins" that offer up extra functionality... haven't seen a dating one though...
