Existing site - can't login

Hi,
Hope someone can help.
I installed CMS for a client earlier this year (Version 1.2.3 – Black rock). I set up a template, gave them some login details and left them to get on with adding some content.
They've been too busy to do anything until now and when they go to login they can't. I've tried with the admin login and password and have no luck either.
The site is still there (http://www.magyar-reneszansz.hu/cms/) so it's not entirely broken.
It seems that the hosting company has moved to a new server in the meantime, but if the site still works I'm not sure why the login won't. Could the new server be using a different type of encryption for the passwords? Is there a way to retrieve this without re-installing?
Any suggestions will be most welcome.
Thanks
Anne
