TinyMCE labels not shown

Hello,
I have a small problem with the TinMCE popup windows:
The labels are not shown.
For exaple on the image propeties i see labels like : {#advimage_dlg.src} an # {#advimage_dlg.tab_appearance}
Update to version 1.5.1 did not fix this problem, the update went flawless.
