Importing pages from one site to another

Hi, I have two copies of the same CMSMS Site on two different servers. One server is only available internally and the other server is available externally. The internal server has the most recent information on it, and I want to copy the content from the internal server site over to the site that is available externally.
Am I able to just copy the relevant tables from the internal server and overwrite them on the external server? (if so, what are the relevant tables?) Will this have any ramifications for the rest of the site?
