Need XHTML/CSS Coded Templated coded into CMSMS

Hello.
I have a valid XHTML/CSS-coded template that I need coded/skinned into CMSMS, keeping all coding valid.
This is a very simple job - some code needs to be taken out from the template and divided out through global content blocks.
Also possible CSS tweaks needed throughout operation, easy job for the experienced coder.
PM/reply with quote and time-frame.
