CMS coder / designer for projects!

Hi,
I am looking for a good coder and/or designer for CMSMS.
Basically I run a design service and I am now more and more going over to using CMS systems instead of static HTML, and want to start using CMSMS for this.
As a start, I need to move a site from EasyCMS(Really bad) to CMSMS. In this process, I want some changes made to the design and navigation menus.

As a start, I am estimating approx. 5-10 coding/design projects per month.
This can become a long terms business relationship for the right person(s).
