Quick Language File Change in CGFeedMaker

I submitted a patch with some changes to the language file to calguy a few minutes ago. It covered the Help part of the language file and gave a better description of the parameters and gave examples.
Please adjust your translations accordingly. The language file is part of Calguy said he will likely bump the version and release it soon with the new help and because of the numerous translations that have come in.
