problem when using iframe in ie7

Hello,
I think the easiest way to describe this, is to let you see the page i am working on...
www.thintech.co.uk/index.php?page=Test_Contact
You will see that in Firefox the content held in Div Tags (after the iframe) is displayed (the footer image etc).
In ie7 the Div Tags (after the iframe) following the iframe do not display?
Any ideas?
