For all the people who want to play with all the goodies from "CMS Made Simple" but who are not interested, yet, in all the stuff you need to know about webhosting, servers, network, security, Apache, Linux, PHP, MYSQL and how to let it work together.  Who are also running Windows XP/Vista. I made a Page in the documentation "Install on Local Windows PC" how you can setup CMS Made Simple on a Windows localhost.
