CMS Made Simple Forums

I have installed FeedBackForm 0.4 on my CMS made Simple version 0.11.2 It installed successfully without any error. I tried to installed other version of FeedBackForm but there was an error saying dependency file missing, so I tried other version and finally FeedBackForm 0.4 installed without error.
I can see this module in my Admin pannel under module. But not under my CMS Site Admin. How can I configure this module and include in my page. I read FeedBackForm help-it mention you will see link under CMS Site Admin menu, but there is no such thing there like FeedBackForm.

I think feedback form shows up under the extensions menu. however, check your group permissions and ensure that the appropriate permission for feedback form is checked.  then, it should display properly in the admin menus.

Hello, I use CMSMS 0.11.2 and tried to install FeedbackForm 0.9.11.
It is the first Module I try to install in this installation.
It doesn't install and says: Missing Dependency
As it isn't installed I cannot check the permissions.
Please help.

If you check the help box in the feedback form, the dependencies will be there,
but anyways, feedbackform requires the cmsmailer module.
