site randomly doesn't load.

Has anybody experienced episodes of when the site refuses to load?
I am running the .11.2 and randomly, the site refuses to load.    In firefox, the page refreshes really fast about 20 times, then shows a blank screen.  IE, and Safari just go to a blank screen.
Sometimes I can go immediately to a different computer and get the site to load.
othertimes, I just have to wait 5 or 10 minutes, then the site loads. 

history:  Since July there was just a static 'underconstronstruction' page with a couple of links to site resources.    Never had this issue.  I have been testing CMSMS in a subdirectory for a couple of months.  January 4th, I installed CMSMS to the root www directory, and to a subdomain.  Since then, I have experienced it about 4 times, and at least 2 other people have experienced it (on both the domain, and the subdomain).

I have the same problems... white IE screen... and sometimes IE also stops responding...

same here....Mine just stopped loading and went to a blank screen (/install)... after, I tried to re-install the upgrade and that wiped out my site as well
