I was just looking at another cms for enterprise style clients called MySource Matrix. It has some very powerful features like content staging, so the content can be previewed before it is sent live on the site. It also had a veery nice feature of being able to roll back to previous versions of your content.

Another great feature was the ability for a user to edit content from the web site rather than allowing full access to the admin area, this feature is available on joomla and dot net nuke.

This is one of the features which should hopefully get into version 2.0 though I don't know exactly where that is currently at.
