CMS Made Simple Forums

I have an excel spreadsheet that lists volunteer names, their skills, and their email addresses.  How can I set this up in CMS Made Simple so that I can send emails to volunteers by their skills???

I have just had a request for a similar functionality.  My customer initially wanted just a newsletter but now wants to setup a database with subscriber demographics so that she can email offers and product news to people based on the demographics i.e. gender. age, locality etc.

I started of looking at NMS but it doesn't have this sort of functionality.  It would be great if it did.  Anyone know of any other module that does ?

you could probably use FormBuilder/FormBrowser to get this done, although i don't know for sure
