Custom Search Needed

Hello,
Much like a previous poster, I need a custom search for a site I'm developing. It's for a custom home builder and I need for visitors to search communities and floorplans. An example of what I need is: http://www.gaffneyhomes.com/index.php .
Is anyone available this week and able to do this?
