Transparent GIF turns black when uploaded.

Hi
I Like cmsms very much. have built all my sites with it.
But now I came across with the small problem.
When uloading transparent Gif files they turn black instead of transparent.
And the same goes for PNG-s
What should I do or modify to get it working.
