How do I add new external URL site?.

How do I add images to a page?.

Can the images be larger then reduced or is it best to make them same size 1st?.

you include images with the editor

it is never a good idea to use big images which are rendered to the desired size by the browser, never
it is a good practice to prepare images, to resize them to the desired dimension before uploading

but that is a general question, not a CMSMS-question
so you should learn some basics before you start, it is not good to do the most common mistakes ever and ever, better to profit from other's experience and knowledge...
