How can i install CMSMS without FTP /ssh?? or is this mission impossible?

Hi all ,

I apologise if this is a daft question but do i need an ftp site inorder to download CMSMS?

I'm running on windows so do not have ssh, and sadly do not have(or access) to an FTP site  . Is there another way
to install this fantastic package?

Do you have access to a control panel? Some of them have a file manager.
