Which zip files do i need from the latest stable version?

There are quite a few and I'm not sure what the differences are.

AlbyThe CMS Made Simple core is distributed in 2 versions. The base version consists of just the English language files, while the full version has all of the language packs included. If you're upgrading from a version previous to 1.4, then you should download the full package. New installs can just use the base package and download the translations needed.
