"No input file specified." error [solved]

I just installed CMSMS with the 1.4.1 full package. Everything has installed fine, the only thing I've done is edit some of the templates and stylesheets. The default Home page will activate fine, but any other page will display the error "No input file specified." They preview all right in the page editor, and all the options look fine. What is this input file, and how would I specify it?

I only searched the wiki, turns out someone on the forum had the same problem. I just switched off my pretty URLs setting, and it works fine.
