Running CMS 1.3.1 and Album 0.9.3
Building production site on new host at Go Daddy.

Have album setup and can see thumbnails but when I click on an image it just loads the image in a new window.  On my testing site it would give me the nice pane with the background blacked out.  The template is default just like it was on my test site.  In the lower right of IE is "Error on page"  - Object doesn't support theis property or method.  If I pull up my test site on the same PC I get the nice window with the image.

I'm trying to get ThickBox to work or lightbox.  lytebox and greybox seem to work, meaning they bring up the image window but I would like to get the other tempates working.

...Also just noticed that when editing a page contents if I click Apply button nothing happens.  The button greys out.  If i press submit the changes take.  I also get an error on page down in lower left of IE with Object doesn't support theis property or method

L84DNR, what version of IE and Vista or XP or ? Sounds like either a problem with browser and this version of JS code, or JS code is not loading properly, usually path or rights?

Dont think it is a local application or OS issue because when I view my test site that was built on another server & host everything looks fine.

Could be a permissions issue on the new host but I checked the entire module folder and files to 777 and still got the same result.  I have since swiched permissions back to 755 as they were before.

Is your code valid? (Could you try the test code in this site?). Is the JS and the CSS for the template (thickbox) loading properly? You need both and it is usually one of these two. After that rights and ownership....

I would think the code to be valid, I just installed the Album module from the manager.
I think its something to do with JS loading as I think that is what runs the visual

I'm not sure what files to copy to test code on new server

This is only happening on the new server so rights issue would not surprise me just can't find the majic folder

Is there something I need to turn on on th new host?  Can I test some other similar JS on the new host to see if it works?

Goto the Thickbox site they have some test examples for you to download and try.

You need some html code,
Javascript stuff, JQuery and Thickbox and Thickbox CSS.

How would I determin if the issue lies with my new host?

As the last line of my original post stated I'm seeing similar issues with the Apply button when editing page content.

Could I have an AJAX issue with my new host?  How would you recommend testing that first?

Can't see why the host would be an problem for JS unless you cannot get to it as it is really client stuff? Download the test stuff from the thickbox web site and try it out.

I got rid of the "Error on page" notification by copying the \modules\album folder from my working site to the new site.

leads me to think something else is amiss. I will try your recommendation over the weekend and hopfuly run in to the answer.

I would try reuploading all folders/files...
