CMSMS right choice?

I'm looking for a CMS that I can use to build simple sites.  I currently know Drupal, but feel its a little overkill for smaller 5-20pg static type sites. I know wordpress also, but thinking about learning a new CMS for what I want.

Features I'm looking for:

Create/Edit content
Pages can be added to the menu
Not too difficult to theme
User Friendly
Blog
Updatable News Section
Valid XHTML/CSS
Newsletter Signups (not as important)
Send Newsletters (not as important)
Admins of different levels can be created (not as important)
Customizable backend (not as important)

Would all this be possible with this CMS? And if not, does anyone have any suggestions for a CMS for me?

Thanks

Hello,

if you "know wordpress also", I'm not sure the blog module is up to match your needs. But according to all the other features you cite CMSms is worth a try. Please discover sample pages, themes site, documentation...
