I have a situation where I have a calendar full of recurring events - art exhibits that run 45 days, for example.  In the Upcoming List, I would like to show only the parent event and not the children, but on the master calendar I do want all the days filled in.  I see that there is a parent child relationship in recurring events, is there parameter I can add to supress the children?

If not, is there another method I could use to accomplish this?
