error message when uploading audio file

Using CMS version 1.2.3 I am trying to upload audio files to my site and am getting this error message. I don't understand what it means and what to do. I am able to upload the file to another installation on anothers website ( I tried just to test it)
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /homepages/23/d215343636/htdocs/zendog/admin/moduleinterface.php on line 120
Please help me, this person has numerous files he is anxious to get uploaded.
