I realize that there are many topics with the same topic, but I think I have a different problem.  After I install I get to the main page where it says "If you are right now on your own default install, you can probably just click this link."  if I click it I get a "Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/ on this server.
Apache/2.0.53 (Fedora) Server at chad.lxhost.com Port 80"
if I type http://chad.lxhost.com/cms/admin in then it redirects me to http://www.bad-credit-loan-uk.biz/.

This is frustrating because I don't know any programming stuff and it is difficult to wade though some of the replies on this forum. 

No there was not, or at least there is not one after I installed CMSMS.  I think there was just a index and file "robots.txt"

I fixed the problem.  What I did was deleate the account make a new account and delete all the files that came with it, and then used the normal install.
