Do you think you could register an Arabic language project in the forge? Then you could use svn to ulpoad translations both of the core and modules. Soon there will be a tool for doing translations very easily and for them to be included automatically with module releases.


By the way, your link goes to the site, not to the config.functions.php file. What changes did you do to it?
