[Solved] My anchor links are not working. Any ideas why?

Hi peeps!
Another prob. I have built and FAQ page where the questions are at the top, then you click on the link and it 'should' skip to the anchor in the page, however clicking the link takes you to the hompage!?
The code is correct, so does anyone know why it is doing this? I really don't want to have to do it using the news module, which is the other option, as it will be a right ballache.
Ta!

No, the unit does not require any plumbing.
