Microformats

There are several CMSMS modules that could and should use microformats. The most obvious one is the Calendar Module.
Is anyone interested in working on this?

I am surely is. I already adjusted hcalendar template for EventsListing module (original version didn't work for me). You can find it at:

I made some Calendar and Events Listing templates with hCalendar and some News templates with hAtom, which I submitted to the relevant developers. I can provide copies, if you would like.
