TinyMCE: not showing up any more after upgrade CMSMS from 1.3 to 1.4.1[solved]

Hello dearest Helper.
I have a little problem with TinyMCE after upgrading the CMS form version 1.3 up to 1.4.1. After uploading the 1.4.1 files to the webspace and running the /install/upgrade.php everything went fine, only that in every textfield that is supposed to show the TinyMCE Editor I can just see the blank HTML code as if I would uncheck the 'Turn WYSIWYG on/off' checkbox.
I tried random things: checking the rights-setting on the various folders, reseting TinyMCE to default values, clearing cache, ... not realy successful.
Can anybody help, please? Any ideas how to get it back to work?
nice function this system information thing by the way:

[ISSUE SOLVED]
I went the brutal way. Deinstalled the module, deleted it from the server, re-uploaded the module, re-installed it. Works.
I always thought this is only the recommended procedure for some PC operating systems ... anyway. It works again.
But maybe there is someone out there that can tell me how to avoid this long procedure with future installation upgrades?
