[Solved] {stylesheets name='master'} dosent work for me in 1.4

I upgraded to 1.4 and my styles dont show up on the site when I view site. CMSMS show that they are both listed on there.
I had it set up with {stylesheets name='master'} and {stylesheets name='ie'}
can anyone please help. Thank!
