some other improvements - custom SEO news URL - module update available

Hi all,
just two other ideas for this great CMS:
1) News module SEO URL
add an option in admin side to activate SEO url. An idea could be to use a customizable template composing the wanted SEO url like.
e.g.
http ://www.site.com/ [news] / [news-number] / [news-title] .htm
or
http ://www.site.com/ [mynewstag] / [news-date] / [news-title] .htm
All green field could be customizable. Black for fixed parts. I think this could be achived editing .htaccess by php, using apache url rewriting directly from modules (transparent to user).
2) Module update available
while displaying installed module list (listmodules.php), it will be great to have between install/remove action and help an icon with module updated or update available for each row.
This could keep an easy tracking of new modules update, instead of scrolling entire module list searching for update.
What do you think about these ideas?
