[Solved] FormBuilder

I've installed the formbuider module to create a contact us form but as you can see here
http://dev.neil-harding.co.uk/index.php?page=contact-us
The white boxes are all over the place. I've looked at the code but not sure how to get everything lined up.
Help Please.

Hi Hobbit666,
Under Extensions, Formbuilder and then Form template you can choose a certain form. If you want the text op top, choose that one. If you want the text at the left, choose that one.
