Hallo,

I currently started with a new web project therfore i use CMSms 1.3 MLE. I use the news module. We would like to show the news in a kind of a vertical scoller. Therefore I found a nice script which I have successfully integrated into the site structure.

It's using RSS Feeds for the item which should be scrolled. With external RSS Feeds e.g. CNN it is working pretty good, unfortunatelly it does not with the fed generated by the news module. Here it only shows the generation date of the news, but no Headline or copytext.

Maybe the problem is the URL of the RSS Feed. I only get an address by implementing the "makerssbutton" into the site, clicking on it, and using the URL shown in the address bar of the browser.

The solution mentioned in the forum by using "modrewrite" and pretty URL's doesn't work in this case because I'm using MLE.

I would be very glad if somebody can give me a hint.

There are instructions on using mod rewrite with MLE in it's board...
