content to utf8_general_ci

content to utf8_general_ci

Alll tables are latin_general_ci

How can I change that the content I paste into the pages works with real utf8_general_ci, I have tried to change the tables content and content_prop to utf8_general_ci in the MYSQL databsase, but when I paste a german letter ü for example into the content of a page, once I submit the letter becomes ü, any way of having real utf8_general_ci in the content of the pages
